Dip the hook bait or fill the feeder?

One bottle, two uses
A 100 ml bottle of Honey Pot Chum attractant isn't just a feeder additive — it's also a hook bait dip. Both applications are straightforward, both are legal, and the choice comes down to how you're fishing on the day.
Dipping the hook bait
Pour a small amount of attractant into a bait tub or dip pot. Drop your hook bait — maize, boilie, or wafter — in for 30 seconds before casting. This coats the bait in a concentrated scent layer that disperses quickly on the drop, sending a short-range signal right at your hook. Best used when you're fishing without a feeder, or when you want to add a second scent dimension on top of a feeder mix.
Loading the feeder
Mix the attractant into your ground bait before packing the Honey Pot feeder. This creates a slow-release scent trail as the feeder breaks down over 20–40 minutes, drawing fish in from a wider radius. Better for longer sessions where you want sustained attraction rather than a quick hit.
Which to choose?
Short session or no feeder: dip. Longer sit with a feeder rig: load the feeder. If you want maximum attraction, do both — dip the hook bait in the same flavour you've packed into the feeder. One bottle, one flavour, two points of scent.
