Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at donkeychumbaits@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Conditions

• Products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
• Opened or used attractant bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in full.

Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or contained the wrong items, email us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
