Shipping & Delivery — South Africa

Donkey Chum Baits ships nationwide across South Africa, including rural areas. All orders are dispatched from Boksburg, Gauteng via The Courier Guy. We do not offer international shipping.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12:00 SAST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Times

From dispatch:

• Major centres: 1–3 business days
• Outlying and rural areas: 3–5 business days

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders over R500. For orders under R500, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from The Courier Guy containing a tracking link. Use this link to follow your parcel in real time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 1 business day of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us at donkeychumbaits@gmail.com.

Rural & Remote Delivery

We ship to rural areas across South Africa via The Courier Guy. Delivery to outlying and remote locations typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. If you are unsure whether your area is serviced, contact us before placing your order and we will confirm.

International Shipping

We currently ship within South Africa only. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are based outside South Africa and would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please contact us at donkeychumbaits@gmail.com.
